Talk to Someone

  • A Counseling Consultant

    provides drop-in consultations at locations around campus for Â鶹´«Ã½ students. It’s free, no appointment is necessary, and students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Just walk in for an informal, friendly, and confidential consultation. Speaking with a counselor consultant can help provide insight, solutions, and informational about other resources. No topic is off limits (including the re-adjustment process)!
  • A Confidential Peer

    is a phone peer listening service for Â鶹´«Ã½ students. The mission of Wildchat is to provide all Â鶹´«Ã½ students, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, or gender representation, with a free, confidential peer listening service.
  • A Study Abroad Ambassador or GLO Staff Member

    GLO Ambassadors and staff can be good resources for re-entry questions and challenges

Develop Skills & Strategies

  • CAPS workshops are available on a variety of life skills important for survival at Â鶹´«Ã½, free of charge to all Â鶹´«Ã½ students. Workshops are typically one to three sessions and provide a mixture of lecture and experiential learning.
