As the Associate Director of Residential Services, Jasmine provides direction and leadership to provide excellent service delivery in resident housing. She coordinates and plans all custodial operations in undergraduate and graduate residential halls. With over 10 years of Operations experience, Jasmine prides herself in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Jasmine’s expertise lies in leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and deliver sustainable results.
