Computer Support

SAIT supports desktops, laptops, peripherals, software applications, and network resource permissions. 

If you need help, please email sa-help@northwestern.edu and a support ticket will be created automatically for you.  Please include as much information as you can, including a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing if possible.

You can also reach SAIT by phone at 7-SAIT (847-467-7248).  Phones are staffed from 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
