Cayce most recently served as an Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at Â鶹´«Ã½ and was promoted to Associate Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life in July 2023. Cayce advises the executive leadership of governing councils and maintains a coaching portfolio of chapters. She leads the office's educational initiatives focused on harm reduction and oversees broader educational/programmatic functions. She previously served as a Coordinator for Fraternity Sorority Leadership Development at the University of Southern California. Prior to USC, Cayce earned her Master of Education in Counselor Education, with a Student Affairs Emphasis from Clemson University. Cayce earned her Bachelor of Fine Art in Digital Art from Bowling Green State University, where she joined her Panhellenic Sorority, Kappa Delta. Cayce’s experiences and areas of interest are rooted in holistic wellness, social justice & equity, servant leadership education, and strategic planning to facilitate culture change. Cayce is passionate about community building in fraternity/sorority communities and is looking forward to supporting the NU fraternity/sorority community to forge relationships with the local and campus communities. Outside of her professional work, Cayce enjoys painting, baking, and walking her German Shepherd.
