In her Assistant Director role, Brittany focuses on residential access, undergraduate desk operations, and guest services including residential summer programs/conference services and space reservations. Brittany previously worked in Residential Services as the Desk & Access Manager after serving as the Quarantine/Isolation Housing Manager in 2021.
Brittany earned her BA in Psychology from Saint Xavier University and her MSEd in College Student Personnel Administration from Southern Illinois University. Brittany has previous professional experience with residence life and housing operations from the University of Houston and American Campus Communities at Prairie View A&M University. She is actively involved in the Association for College and University Housing Officers - International (ACUHO-I) and served as a Graduate Ambassador for the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). Brittany, originally from Chicago, is deeply connected to her southside roots, and passionate about serving minority and low-income students in higher education.
