Incoming Mail & Packages
All packages received at the package centers will be processed within 24 hours, unless we are unable to verify the recipient. Please note that summer program participants will not receive package notifications. Summer guests should stop by their assigned mailroom to inquire about any package related issues. Residential Fitness Centers
All residential fitness centers are closed during the summer. Please visit for more information on campus fitness centers available during the summer.
Additional Charges
There are additional charges for lockouts performed by Residential Services, unreturned or lost access cards, removal or resetting of furniture in sleeping rooms and common spaces, and damage to the facility. All charges will be billed directly to the summer program. Residential Services does not bill individual guests.
University Policies
Guests are required to adhere to all Â鶹´«Ã½ rules, policies and procedures, guidelines, and all local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, rules, guidelines, or regulations.
Prohibited Items
The following items, among others, are prohibited in sleeping rooms*:
- Microwaves
- Blenders
- Toaster ovens and toasters
- Water heaters
- Rice cookers
- Self-heating hot pots
- Candles
- Motorized vehicles
- Space heaters
- Dart boards
