Norris Event Operations
What We Do
Norris Event Operations has a team of 6-8 student supervisors and 25-30 event operations assistants. Our team sets up the rooms in Norris and Satellite venues and provides basic technical setup and support in these spaces.
If you have specific setup needs, please tell your event coordinator from Norris Event Planning. They will ensure we have the information we need to set up according to your specifications.
For advanced AV requests, or for dedicated staffing, please contact Norris Technical Services.
Hours
Event Operations Manager | Office Hours, Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.
There is an Event Operations Supervisor on duty at all times when events are happening in the building.
