Benchmarking
In Student Affairs, we regularly benchmark with other institutions, comparing the quality of and student satisfaction with our programs, activities, services, and facilities with comparable institutions. Examples of assessment projects in which we have been able to benchmark are listed below:
Skyfactor/ACUI College Union/Student Center Survey
This survey, done in collaboration with the Association of College Students International, explores student satisfaction with college unions and the learning associated with the programs, activities and serviced offered by Norris University Center. Comparable data from institutions in our Carnegie Class, six selected institutions, and all institutions that participate in the study in a given year.
Skyfactor/ACUHO-I Resident Assessment
This survey, done in collaboration with the Association of College and University Housing Officers-International, explores student satisfaction and learning with the programs, activities and services offered by Residential Services. Comparable data from peer institutions and others participating in the study are provided in a given year.
