Satisfaction
Student Affairs at Â鶹´«Ã½ is committed to continuous improvement. We employ surveys and other assessment mechanisms to measure and monitor student satisfaction with our programs and services. We also analyze and use satisfaction data from other University assessment instruments. Below are a few examples.
Post-Wildcat Welcome Survey (annually)
The Post-Wildcat Welcome Survey measures student satisfaction with the information they received prior to matriculation and the Wildcat Welcome program. Data from this survey are shared with the schools/colleges.
Senior Survey (bi-annually, even years)
This survey, conducted by Institutional Research in the spring (even years only), includes a number of questions regarding student satisfaction with Student Affairs areas such as housing facilities, food service, career development services, counseling, health, and others.
Enrolled Student Survey (bi-annually, odd years)
All undergraduate students are invited to participate in this survey, conducted by Institutional Research in the spring (odd years only), and it offers students an opportunity to respond to many of the services provided by Student Affairs.
CAPS Satisfaction Survey (annually)
The Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Satisfaction Survey is sent annually to a random sample of students who utilized CAPS services.
