Wellness Coaching
Do you want to improve your overall health and well-being, but just don't know where to start? Do you have specific wellness goals but are having trouble achieving them? Wellness Coaching can help!
Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, non-judgmental process that can help you identify and achieve your health and wellness goals, balance dimensions of health and wellness, and learn practical skills to improve overall well-being. Coaches work with you to build on your strengths and support you in creating sustainable plans to achieve your wellness goals.
Wellness Coaches can address goals related to:
- Physical activity
- Sleep
- Healthy eating
- Time management
- Stress management/coping skills
Students will typically meet with a coach for 2 – 4 sessions and have check-ins through email between sessions. Wellness Coaching is available to Â鶹´«Ã½ undergraduates and graduate/professional students. Sessions are one-on-one, confidential, and free.
